1   Oil cylinder: 360mm, the trip:5m, pressure: 21Mpa, 4pieces

   The maximum thrust of the 4 cylinders:850 tons

   the normal speed: 0-85cm/min ,the fastest back speed:300cm/min.

2   Pump station:80Scy-plunger pump :3 sets , 22kw-motor 3 sets(the main working pump)

    PV2R12-19-53 leaf pump: 1set, 15 Kw-motor 1 set (for rising the fork door)

PV2R4-184 gear pump 1set, 18.5 Kw- motor 1 set (for fast moving forward and backward)

    We choose the two cartridge valves as hydraulic valve, that has the big flow rate with very little leakage; The leaf pump make less noise but higher pressure ; the hydraulic fork door,automatic feeding, all electric controled; the feeding shef and the coil shelf are manual adjust via screw for rising and falling.

3   The frame for the main engine: 30*1500 rectangle steel, welded with 43kg steel  rail. The guiding robe: 219 steel pipe.

4    panel for the main engine: welded with 70mm\60mm medium plate, the pushing plate hole 850mm
